Product Description

The Elite Core PC12-AM-75 is a 75-foot power cable that connects Neutrik PowerCon to an Edison male plug. The PowerCon is a lockable 3-pole AC connector with line, neutral, and premating safety ground contacts. Rated at 20A/250V AC, it comes in color-coded power-in (blue) and power-out (grey) versions with different keying to prevent incorrect mating. The contacts are designed to avoid arcing damage when disconnected under load. Professionally assembled in our Elite Core Audio shop, this cable is ideal for powering various sound and lighting equipment. It features a 300V 12 AWG UL-listed, CSA, MSHA, and ROHS-compliant 3-conductor Seoprene heavy-duty black power cord, rated at 20 amps and made in the USA. The Stinger AC power extension cable, also assembled in our shop, shares the same high-quality features and is suitable for powering sound and lighting gear. It comes with heavy-duty Hubble 5266EBK 3-prong male and 5269EBK 3-prong female AC plugs, and a 12/3 SJ-listed heavy-duty rubber-coated power cable that meets UL, CSA, MSHA, and ROHS standards.

Using this cable is easy. Just connect the Neutrik PowerCon end to your power source or equipment that supports it, and plug the Edison male end into the appropriate socket. Make sure the power is off before making or breaking connections to avoid any potential arcing. When handling the cable, be gentle to prevent damage to the connectors or the cable itself. Avoid pulling on the cable from the connectors as it can cause them to loosen or break. For maintenance, keep the cable clean and dry. If it gets dirty, you can use a mild soap and water solution to clean it, but make sure it's completely dry before using it again. Store the cable in a cool, dry place when not in use. Check the cable regularly for any signs of wear or damage, such as frayed wires or loose connectors. If you notice any issues, stop using the cable immediately and replace it.
