Product Description

The Datavideo DDC-4012H DC Voltage Regulator is a great device for power management. It automatically accepts input voltages from 15 to 50V DC and provides regulated 7.2/8.4/12V DC output based on the output switch setting. With a 2.1 mm locking collar DC output switch, it has a max power output of 48W / 4A and supports 48V for use with PD-6. Its technical specs are impressive. The input voltage range is 15V - 50V DC with up to 85% input efficiency. The output DC voltage options are 7.2V, 8.4V, or 12V with a +/-3% tolerance. It has a rated output current of 4A and a current range of 0 - 4A, and a rated output power of 48W. The output ripple and noise are less than 400mV. It can handle an overload of 105% - 150% of the rated output power and recovers automatically after a fault. It has different connectors like a 4 - pin XLR male for DC input and a 4 - pin XLR female and 5.5mm DC jack for DC output. It works in a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 102°F) and a humidity range of 10% - 90% (non - condensing). It can be stored at - 40°C to + 85°C with 10 - 95% RH. It measures 115mm x 50mm x 35mm and weighs about 0.3kg/0.66lbs. It comes with a UL 2624, 18AWG, 1 - meter cable. The slide switch lets you select 7.2V or 12V/8.4V output, and the LED lamp shows the output voltage: red for 12V, green for 7.2V, and orange for 8.4V.

Using the Datavideo DDC-4012H DC Voltage Regulator is easy. First, connect the DC input using the 4 - pin XLR male connector to a power source with a voltage between 15V and 50V DC. Then, use the slide switch to select your desired output voltage (7.2V or 12V/8.4V). You can connect your device to either the 4 - pin XLR female or the 5.5mm DC jack output. The LED lamp will show you the output voltage. When using it, make sure the temperature is between 0°C and 40°C and the humidity is between 10% and 90% (non - condensing). Avoid overloading it. If it does overload, it will recover automatically once the problem is fixed. For storage, keep it in a place with a temperature between - 40°C and + 85°C and humidity between 10% and 95% RH. Periodically check the cable and connectors for any damage. If you find any issues, replace them immediately to ensure safe and proper operation.
