It can be connected to any individual zone facility port via CAT5 cable and offers source and volume select. Key features include fitting a standard US dual - gang electrical 'J' box vertically (box depth should be at least 1 1/4 inch), having inputs for balanced mic (XLR) and stereo line (phone and/or 3.5mm jack), individual level controls for mic and music, allowing the mic to override music, remote control of the mixer's music source and level, a link extension option via RJ45 to add another LM - 2 per zone, and an RSL - 6 extension option. Using the Cloud Electronics LM - 2AW is easy. First, make sure you have a standard US dual - gang electrical 'J' box with a depth of at least 1 1/4 inches and install the module vertically in it. Connect it to any individual zone facility port using a CAT5 cable. You can then plug in a balanced mic using an XLR connector or a stereo line using a phone or 3.5mm jack. Adjust the individual level controls for the mic and music to your preference. Remember, the mic can override the music if needed. You can also use the remote control to manage the music source and level. For more flexibility, you can use the link extension option via RJ45 to add another LM - 2 per zone or the RSL - 6 extension option. As for maintenance, keep the module clean and free from dust.
